Measuring Fiber End Face Inspection Microscope Reproducibility using Chrome on Glass Artifacts
Presented by Charles DiSaverio (Lockheed) during AVFOP Conference
9 November 2017
About: Fiber optic end face inspection microscopes must provide consistent results to obtain agreement on product quality throughout the supply chain. Chrome on glass artifacts, with defect diameters spanning the range of interest, were shown to provide quantitative measurement of the reproducibility across multiple FastMT scopes.
