About: A study was conducted using robotic inspection and cleaning of 12 SC samples using AVIT software for automated measurements of Pass/Fail. Cleaning was conducted using two passes with a FastCLEAN handheld tool (regardless of Pass/Fail on first pass). Images were collected for pre-contamination, post contamination, each cleaning cycle, and post test wet/dry clean.
